Founder & CEO
Rayme Silverberg, M.S. is the Founder & CEO of Paradigm Shift. She holds a Master’s in Global Affairs from NYU’s School of Professional Studies, where her research on alternative museum funding was a finalist in the 2023 SPS Capstone Competition. With expertise in illicit finance, ArtTech, and FinTech, her work is shaped by a decade in the nonprofit arts sector as a photographer and producer. Previously, she served as Director of the Cultural Heritage Initiative at Lead Impact, focusing on museum sustainability and ethical financial models.
Tom Wilson
Co Founder & CPO
Tom Wilson is a BFA trained visual artist and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in painting, photography, fine art reproduction, and design, working across creative direction, product development, and brand building for artists, galleries, and cultural organizations. He is the founder of Markmaker, an art tech platform that helps artists and galleries organize, document, and protect their work using digital provenance and intellectual property tools, and the co creator of Make Art Fair, a year round art fair and marketplace that connects galleries and collectors through practical systems for storage, documentation, and access to contemporary art.

Kushal Mukherjee is an established CTO and senior technology executive with over two decades of experience in planning, designing, and implementing mission-critical solutions. He excels at driving robust security strategies, leading high-performing teams, and developing cutting-edge enterprise IT solutions across diverse sectors, including finance and government. His expertise spans product development, cybersecurity leadership, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture, consistently ensuring the security and resilience of critical systems.

Mario Chatzidamianos is a leader in the Cultural and Creative industries with over 15 years of experience in strategy, communications, and compliance, driven by a commitment to social and solidarity economics. As a board member for EIT Culture & Creativity and an EU Cultural Ambassador, he leverages his expertise to develop pioneering projects, from interactive holographic environments to intellectual property management for creators. His work builds on a foundational career that includes managing the Council of Europe-recognized Thessaloniki 2014 European Youth Capital project and serving as a senior Social Economy Knowledge Broker.
