Rayme Silverberg – Founder & CEO

Rayme Silverberg, M.S. is the Founder & CEO of Paradigm Shift. She holds a Master’s in Global Affairs from NYU’s School of Professional Studies, where her research on alternative museum funding was a finalist in the 2023 SPS Capstone Competition. With expertise in illicit finance, ArtTech, and FinTech, her work is shaped by a decade in the nonprofit arts sector as a photographer and producer. Previously, she served as Director of the Cultural Heritage Initiative at Lead Impact, focusing on museum sustainability and ethical financial models.
